Fleet specialist (m/f/d)

As a Fleet Specialist at ZK E-Mobility Services, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of e-mobility fleets. You will help ensure that vehicles remain available, safe, and operational through a combination of field operations, maintenance, and logistics activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform battery replacements to maximize fleet availability and uptime.
• Relocate and redistribute vehicles to optimize fleet coverage and operational efficiency.
• Repark vehicles in designated operational zones and high-demand areas.
• Conduct basic inspections, maintenance, and repairs on e-scooters and other micromobility vehicles.
• Identify and report technical issues, damages, and operational irregularities.
• Collect, transport, and deploy vehicles as required by operational needs.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards before returning them to service.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations when required.
• Accurately document completed tasks and operational activities.

Your Profile

• Valid driving license (required).
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated working style.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn maintenance procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• German and/or English language skills.
• Interest in mobility, logistics, and innovative transportation solutions.
